Hello! I am Shannon Spencer, the owner of the new-in-town "The Hilltop Groomer".  I have been passionate about animals throughout my life. I pursued a bachelors degree in animal science (obtained in 2017), followed by my pet grooming certificate (obtained in 2019), and have been grooming dogs in a professional setting ever since.
